<p><em>Erratum:  Im Video habe ich gesagt, dass die Versuchspersonen der Lion&#8217;s Mane Gruppe im Strooptest 50 Sekunden schneller gewesen wären. Es waren jedoch nicht 50 Sekunden sondern 50 Millisekunden. Das heißt, sie haben im Durchschnitt einfach etwas schneller reagiert.</em></p>

<p>Um diese Frage zu beantworten, wurden in einer gigantischen Metaanalyse 335 Studien mit über 26.000 Versuchspersonen ausgewertet (Lacerenza et al., 2017). Die Forscher konnten nicht nur zeigen, dass gutes Führungsverhalten durchaus trainiert werden kann, sondern auch, worauf es bei einem Führungskräftetraining besonders ankommt&#8230;</p>
<p>Diese Forschungsergebnisse sind von großer Bedeutung für Entscheidungen im Bereich der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalpsychologie und Führungspsychologie.</p>

Diese Sicherheits-Netzwerke konkurrieren jedoch in vielen Situationen noch mit den alten &#8222;Angst-Netzwerken&#8220;. Je nachdem, welches Netzwerk die Oberhand behält, reagiert unser Organismus mit Angst oder Gelassenheit. Vor diesem Hintergrund haben sich viele Forscher mit der Frage beschäftigt, wie sich &#8222;Sicherheits-Netzwerke&#8220; in unserem Gehirn noch weiter festigen lassen. Erste Studien konnten zeigen, dass wir durch ein einfaches Mentaltraining (bei dem wir uns an erfolgreiche Angst-Konfrontationen erinnern) die Rückkehr der Angst (&#8222;return of fear&#8220;) deutlich verringern können. Vermutlich werden durch das Mentaltraining die neuronalen Gedächtnisspuren unserer Sicherheits-Netzwerke gefestigt (konsolidiert).</p>
