<p>Die Suche nach den &#8222;perfekten Mitarbeitern&#8220; beschäftigt die Personalauswahl-Forschung schon seit mehr als 100 Jahren. Eine der einflussreichsten und größten Meta-Analysen (Schmidt et al, 2016) liefert bemerkenswerte Erkenntnisse (siehe Video). Trotzdem werden in vielen Unternehmen diese Erkenntnisse leider noch nicht ausreichend berücksichtigt. Die Konsequenzen können verheerend sein&#8230;</p>
