Was hilft nach einem traumatischen Erlebnis? Sollten wir direkt nach einem traumatischen Erlebnis in einem Gespräch mit einem Psychologen (oder einer anderen Person, der wir vertrauen) die traumatische Erfahrung nochmal bis ins kleinste Detail durchsprechen, damit wir die belastende Erfahrung besser verarbeiten können? Oder könnte es vielleicht besser sein, beispielsweise Tetris zu spielen. Die Antwort ist verblüffend…
